PILOT PROJECT
PILOT began with the initial aim to present a platform for artists without commercial representation. It was meant as new platform that would circumvent the assumed necessity of the now hugely powerful art fairs. The year of PILOT’s inception, 2004, was the second year of the Frieze Art Fair. The following questions relate to the burgeoning art fair industry of the past five years.
